Terms of Service
Effective October 26, 2026
These terms cover the social media management service that Pacific Front Desk LLC ("we") provides to its clients ("you"). By connecting an account or approving a post, you agree to them. A separate written agreement with you, if any, takes precedence over these terms.
The service
We plan, draft and publish posts to the Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts you connect, report on how they perform, and manage comments and messages on those accounts for you.
Your accounts and permissions
- You confirm that you own the accounts you connect, or are authorized to manage them.
- You allow us to publish the posts you approve and to read and answer comments and messages on those accounts.
- You can revoke our access at any time in each platform's settings, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Approvals and content
- We publish a post only after you approve it through your approval link, unless you have agreed with us in writing that we may publish without approval.
- You keep ownership of your brand, content and materials, and give us permission to use them to provide the service.
- You are responsible for making sure the material you provide does not infringe anyone's rights.
- Content drafted with AI is reviewed by our team, but you remain responsible for what you approve.
Platform rules
All posts must follow the terms and community guidelines of each platform. The platforms can change their features, limits or rules, reject a post, or restrict an account, and we cannot guarantee that any post is published, reaches a given audience or achieves particular results.
YouTube
Uploads to YouTube use the YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel to this service you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for spam, illegal content, deceptive or misleading claims, harassment, or impersonation.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outages and decisions of the platforms. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending the service
Either of us can end the service at any time. We then stop publishing, and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
Changes
If we change these terms, we update the effective date above and tell our clients about material changes.
